  Appointments 
Appointments are not always necessary but  are  highly  suggested.  We recommend scheduling your appointments ahead of time to reserve your preferred time. Walk-ins are always welcome, as we sometimes do have last minute openings. If the day and time  you request is not available, we will be happy to  add you to our cancellation list and contact you with any openings.   
*You should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to  your  scheduled  service  if this is your first visit  to the salon.                                   

Cancellations
In consideration of our other guests and our technicians, please give a 24-hour notice of any cancellation.  A credit card is required to secure certain service appointments. No shows will be charged full service price of the appointment.    We cannot foresee interupted appointments due to inclement weather weather, sickness, death, etc. In the event that a scheduled service provider is unable  to work, we will do everything possible to reschedule the appointment(s) in a  timely and satisfactory manner. 

Late Arrivals
Punctuality is  greatly appreciated, so that we may dedicate the appropriate amount of time to each service. Lateness of more than 15 mins. will unfortunately result in rescheduling of your appointment to allow your operator to be on time for his or her next guest.                         

Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Gratuities
Regretfully we cannot include gratuities on credit cards, debit cards and gift cards.           

Gift Cards 
Gift cards are  available in any denomination. Gift cards are non-refundable for cash. May be redeemed for  products or services.
Gift cards may not be used for tips. There is a  $10.00  charge for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are not returnable.

Professional Retail Policy
We are proud to offer you high quality professional retail salon and spa products. Products may be returned within 14 days of  purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will  be given. 
 
Cell Phones & Pagers
We request that all cell phones and pagers  are on vibrate or silent during  your visit. 

Children         
Due to safety and insurance issues children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the salon. This is a tranquil and peaceful place where guests come to relax. Please leave small  children at home.                               
 
Payments
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and personal checks with proper identification. A fee of  $30. is charged for every  check that is returned.
