Full disclosure here is great! What are your pet peeves? Did they talk too much, not check on you enough, not listen to you, stylist moved or retired, don’t like the way they curled your hair? Don’t be shy!
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss that opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on my waiting list. I request at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling and rescheduling appointments. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the cancellation fee is 50% of the service(s) total booked. No show/no call the cancellation fee is 100% of the service(s) total booked. All fees are due before a new appointment can be booked.
