Salon Policies

Please take note of my policies below.

Service Guarantee
I strive to offer my guests the Highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please call and let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, I do not offer refunds on services performed.

Retail Purchases
Should you find dissatisfaction with any of the products that you purchased I will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
In order to continue to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply to all appointments scheduled.

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior, the cancellation fee is 50% of the service(s) total booked. No show/no call the cancellation fee is 100% of the service(s) total booked. All fees are due before a new appointment can be booked.

I do not accept appointment cancellations through text or social media.

Children
Due to safety and insurance issues children are Not permitted in the salon. I do not have accommodations for young children.

Gift Cards
Gift cards/gift certificates are Non-Refundable for cash. Gift cards are available in any denomination.

Payments
I gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, and Check for payment of services and products. If for some reason your check is returned unpaid, a $35 fee will be assessed and expected immediately.

Late Policy
If for any reason you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please call me! 410-642-2224   I highly value my guest’s time and work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Therefore should you arrive 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your service(s) to avoid overlapping into my next appointment. You will then be responsible to pay for the service missed before re-booking your next appointment.

Use of Images
I may ask to take before and after photos of my work to share what we have created. I may use these images on my website or social media accounts for marketing purposes. By working with me, you authorize me, Renee Ewing, to use these images on my website or social media accounts.
